We are excited to introduce to you Alison King, our newest member of our Customer Service team. Alison joins KM Packaging from global leader in specialty food, nutrition ingredients and pharmaceutical excipients, Roquette. She brings a wealth of experience drawn from a number of roles, including nine years in customer care.
Alison will deliver the highest possible level of service to KM Packaging’s customers around the globe, coordinating with all other areas of the business to deliver seamless support.
Alison said of her appointment: “It is extremely exciting to be joining the company at such a dynamic time. The strength of KM’s customer service team is a real point of difference in the market. Our highly capable team operate on an ‘accounts’ basis in which each customer has a dedicated customer service representative.
“This enables representatives to have a comprehensive view of their customers’ orders, handling every element of the process from the very start right through to organising logistics and ultimately delivery. I look forward to building strong relationships with our customers in our domestic and international markets and embodying the company’s values of ownership, passion, trust and innovation.”
This is the latest appointment during a period of sustained growth for the company, which has seen its customer service team grow by 25% since 2016.
